How can we raise happy children in this day and age?
I know many of you have been scratching your heads about this.
I have too for awhile. I started looking around my world and realized that I am a pretty happy person. I enjoy the company of happy and for the most part, healthy friends. I have a relationship with my partner Todd of 15 years, that started out really rocky, and now we are inseparable.
My step kids are the best, most well adjusted kids I have run into in a long time. I have a happy family and fairly healthy family, lifestyle and relationships others often envy.
So What Is A Person To Do?
I look around the world these days, I find that I have something that a lot of people would like in their lives.
I want to be a resource for your search. I want to talk with you about what I have found helps my family tick. How we built our happy family and happy relationships and how you can too.
Part of being healthy is learning to lighten up. It is learning how to deal with challenges.
It is eating a healthy diet and having a proper fitness program.
What are these things you ask?
I would like to offer you my insights on what has worked for me and my family. I am going to ask you as well what is important to you by way of surveys.
I also want to be a resource for you and help you in your research. I will have an area on different pages of the site that will allow you to email me your questions that you are having trouble finding answers to. I just ask that you limit your questions to Being Happy or Healthy.
You will submit them, I will research them and I will add that information to this site as well.
